Andres is originally from a Zapotecan (indigenous) community in Oaxaca, Mexico. He graduated from the Universidad Autonoma Benito Juarez de Oaxaca with a degree in accounting. He has been a public servant for over 11 years in the areas of economic growth and small business development in Mexico.
In LEDC, his work is to facilitate communication between LEDC employees and the members we serve. He also assists potential new members who wish to form a part of our group of successful business owners.
Andres has been a resident of Minnesota for a little over a year now. He has enjoyed Twins games and learning how to use a snow blower for the first time. He has found living in the multicultural community of the Twin Cities to be a very enriching experience.
