Zoila Guachichulca is a recent graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs with a master’s in international development and a concentration in program evaluation. Her research has primarily focused on poverty alleviation within struggling marginalized communities. Previously, she was in Guatemala, evaluating the indigenous bilingual education system. As Minnesota Opportunity Corps volunteer, she helped navigate employment opportunities for the Latino community at LEDC. Now she works as a job counselor for LEDC in Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
